Last updated: October 1, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services provided by Rapid Water Damage Restoration Illinois ("we," "us," or "our"), located at 3309 Robbins Rd, Springfield, IL 62704. By requesting service or using this site, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
We provide water damage restoration services including water extraction, structural drying and dehumidification, sewage backup cleanup, storm and flood damage restoration, ceiling and wall water damage repair, burst pipe and leak repair, mold remediation, and related restoration work across Illinois. Service availability is 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, subject to technician availability during peak demand periods.
2. Estimates and Pricing
Estimates provided by phone or on-site are good-faith approximations based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may change if hidden damage is discovered during demolition, drying, or repair. We will notify you of material changes before proceeding with additional work whenever reasonably possible.
3. Insurance Claims
We assist customers with insurance documentation, including moisture readings, photographs, and itemized invoices. Filing and approval of any insurance claim is the customer's responsibility, and we do not guarantee coverage or payment by any insurer.
4. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to provide safe access to the work area, disclose known hazards (including asbestos, lead paint, or electrical issues), and keep children and pets away from active work zones. Delays caused by denied access or undisclosed hazards may affect scheduling and cost.
5. Payments
Payment terms are agreed before work begins. Deposits may be required for large projects. Balances are due upon completion unless other arrangements are made in writing. Late payments may incur reasonable collection costs.
6. Warranties and Limitations
We warrant our workmanship for the period stated in your written service agreement. This warranty does not cover damage from new water events, pre-existing structural defects, or mold regrowth caused by unresolved moisture sources outside our scope of work. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services in question.
7. Emergency Services
Emergency dispatch prioritizes active water intrusion and health hazards. Response times are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by weather, road conditions, and call volume.
8. Website Use

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sangamon County, Illinois.
